How long does certification take?

Level 1 typically takes 2-4 weeks of study. Level 2 requires 3-6 months including project work. Level 3 requires extensive experience and typically takes 12+ months.

What are the prerequisites?

Level 1 has no prerequisites. Level 2 requires Level 1 certification plus 1 year experience. Level 3 requires Level 2 certification plus 3 years experience and portfolio review.

Yes, VAI certifications are designed for global recognition and portability across industries and geographies.

How do I maintain my certification?

All levels require 20 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) per 3-year cycle. CEUs can be earned through training, conferences, publications, and community participation.
